The overall goal ofWP5 is to map transparently the achievements in the experimental work-packages WP1-4 seamlessly into the ICT-domain. This involves work at a number of levels, ranging from low level mesoscale simulation, to macroscopic dynamics of electrolyte systems, to feedback control simulation, linking this together using a generic modeling language (UML) and finally the evolutionary optimization of algorithms.
- 5.1 Development of molecular simulation tools for electronic chemical cell dynamics in microfluidic systems
- 5.2 Integration of simulation tools describing physical and chemical cell response to electronic signals
- 5.3 Development and application of an electronic genome architecture attaching specific electrode feedback control programs to each electronic chemical cell.
- 5.4 Formulation and utilization of a real time UML description of hybrid electronic chemical cell processing
- 5.5 Development of evolutionary optimization algorithms for ECCells
