Employees in companies would have the opportunity to improve their communication skills and exchange with each other. The Escape Room is recommended to companies because it allows employees to come together and learn coordinated action. Furthermore, the Escape Room is also enriching for personal, methodical and social competences. In addition, further skills for everyday working life can be acquired in the Skills Lab or competencies in other specialist areas can be tested in one of the numerous business games. Students and workshop participants can test their interest and skills in certain subject areas outside of academic studies. For example, business games, learning labs and discussion simulations are used to actively acquire knowledge and provide learners with a simple introduction and insight into technical learning. For this purpose, we offer a variety of diverse courses from different faculties to cover a wide range of interests.
