The interactive tests require human input. You can try out certain scenarios as a user of the rating forms. Input some ratings and try to submit them.
These tests require no human intervention. A green item shows that the respective test case passed and a red item shows it failed. There are currently no automatic tests available for STACKrate. Work is currently under way to build an appropiate test framework.
