An extract of the private interviews between former President Harry Truman and his advisors William Hillman and David Noyes, which were recorded from September 8 to November 17, 1959. All but one of the recordings were used to help the former President in preparing his book, "Mr. Citizen." The topics of these recordings include the presidency, Cold War, and the elections of 1952 and 1956.
