Registration
Registration will close when the maximum number of 100 participants is reached, or alternatively on 13 January 2017.
Registration Fees: Group Leader/PI 400 €, Postdoc 350 €, Student (PhD or other) 320 €.
After submitting your information via the registration pages online (see button below on this page), you will receive a confirmation message within 48 h (sender identification: server-mail@uv.ruhr-uni-bochum.de). It is essential that you open this message, follow the link given inside and confirm your data. Only after this confirmation your registration is completed and you will receive your invoice (sender identification: server-mail@uv.ruhr-uni-bochum.de).
In case you plan to submit an abstract, please note that you will be asked to do this during registration. Please have all necessary files ready when you initiate the registration process.

Abstracts
Abstracts for posters and/or talks may be submitted until 13 January 2017 exclusively during registration. Please note that you cannot submit additional abstracts once your registration is completed. The steering committee will select oral presentations from the abstracts submitted.

IMPORTANT - Special information for SPP1529-funded person only: PIs and up to two lab members (three persons per group in total) can participate for a reduced registration fee. Reimbursements
Information for PIs who are currently funded in SPP1529 and their group members is given here.
For groups currently funded by the SPP1529: PIs and lab members (up to three in total) can participate for a reduced registration fee. We ask you to cover all costs related to travel and accommodation from your individual SPP1529 research grants.
Information for invited speakers who are not PIs of SPP1529 is given here
We would like to ask you to make your own travel arrangements as outlined in the invitation letter. Please keep the original tickets (e.g. flight, public transport) for later reimbursement. All registration, accommodation and catering expenses during the symposium will be covered for you with no need for any advance payments.
Information for reviewers of SPP1529 is given here
As a reviewer in this SPP1529, no costs arise for you. Participation fees will be covered by the central coordination budget and you will be able to claim your travel and overnight expenses directly from the DFG. An official invitation from the DFG with the necessary information and forms will be sent to you separately. We will be happy to book your room at the Harnack-Haus.
