Dear students,
As you may have already heard, from the summer semester 2025, students of our faculty who require Latin language skills for the subjects of History, Art History and Archaeological Sciences will no longer be able to attend Latin courses in Classical Philology.
However, the faculty has put together attractive alternatives for you. You can find more information on the new options in the following PDF document or by clicking on the Read more button.
The following modules are available in the summer semester:
- Gussen, Latin for beginners A / Introduction to Latin using historical sources (5 SWS)
- NN, Latin for beginners B (5 SWS)
- Gussen, Latin for advanced learners (4 SWS)
We will soon publish the program for the New Finds and Research Colloquium in the summer semester 2025!
